Did you know?
(If you are reading this, you must be really bored at work).
That for a summer job while in college Ted was “the Kool Aid man” mascot for General Foods.
Ted was the “composer” of two music tracks for the long running “Edgar Snyder” commercials. Sorry. He also has been an actor in numerous spots “Playing” a victim or Insurance inspector.
Ted starred in a “Rainbow Rentals” commercial that aired in 16 cities. After the  “real life” person could not perform Ted was asked by the agency to play the role of a “proud american”.
Ted was a hand model double for Woody Harrelson’s father in the movie “Kingpin”.
That during the filming of the M.O.W. “Breathing Lessons” Ted met his wife Courtney who was also working on the film.
The title of the first film Ted worked on in his career was “Blood sucking Pharaohs in Pittsburgh”.
He was a grip.
The very first film Ted made was a Super 8mm movie called “The Unswingables”. It was made his senior year in high school in a film class taught by Pablo Yablonsky.
It’s whereabouts are unknown.
The first film Ted operated on was a MOW called “Dead and Alive”/Mob Justice. While working as a Lamp operator in a Condor, Ted boldly/foolishly suggested to D.P. Mark Irwin that there was a nice camera angle from the Condor’s high position.
Irwin allowed a 35III to be mounted in the bucket as a 3rd camera for Ted to operate during the car chase/crash. His shot made the movie.
Ted was the “dad’ voiceover for an Alliance Capital national spot for broadcast and radio.
