The formula for computing the exposure time for film cameras with
rotating shutters hasn't changed,
and it doesn't matter if you are 24 or 25 frame based ;o)
 
Exposure time (seconds) = shutter angle in degrees / (over) 360 degrees
X (times) 1 / (over)  frame rate (fps).
 
thus for a shutter set at 180 degrees filming at 1 fps:  180/360 or 180
over 360 X 1/1 or 1 over 1 = 1/2 second.
